This Journey

So pleased you stopped to say hello!

I'm based in Surrey in the UK and have been a practicing Clinical Hypnotherapist for the past 6 years. I did Cal's Week of Power at the NGH convention last year. Found the course stimulating, got to know some really good people and made some excellent connections at the convention - just regretful that I won't be able to make it back to Marlborough this Aug. But I'm planning on being there next year!

And so here I am well into this journey and its only in the last 10 years that I've really stopped to notice, really notice, what was along side, what the view was like, what quality the air brought with it, what sounds were around, what forms of life were within touching distance, what or who within hearing distance...

And that quote from Elliot's Four Quartets (can't find where I've put the Collected Works, so can't be sure I've quoted him correctly!) has always caught my breath in the reading of it. And somewhere inside of me I've always known that however I travel and no matter which direction I take, I am always tracing a path home.

So I am becoming more reflective, more in awe of the immensity of it all....

And the work we do, helping people to get back in touch with the vibrant flow of their lives, deepens my appreciation of all our journeys and how they impact on each other.

Over the past two weeks, two of my Birthing clients brought their sons into the world and I saw the first one the other day. Such a privilege to be there at a beginning and conscious of what it is that is being embarked on. When my children were born I was not conscious of the emormity of it all, the aew of this undertaking. And now I get endless opportunities to partake in a small way and bear witness to the beginnings of other babies' journeys

More Elliot: "What we call the beginning is often the end And to make an end is to make a beginning. The end is where we start from."

Foszia! Good to see you. Always nice to put a face on the name from the boards. I've enjoyed what you had to say as well.

Thanks for your support and encouragement. I really do appreciate it.

I hope all is well. How's hypnosis going for you?

    Hello Foszia,

    Thanks for adding me.
Did I see you had a practice in Farnham? I love how these networks shrink the world. Although I have lived in Montreal for years now and have my practice here I am originally from Alton - just down the road from you!

Hope all is going well for you there and looking forward to hearing about Hypnosis in the UK from you,

    Hello Faszia!

It is so nice to see you on the new hypnosis networking website. This is so much better than the Yahoo Groups. We can see you!

I hope everything is going great for you in the UK. Sorry you can't make it to the NGH Convention this year, but we will see you next year when we come to the UK again.
